CAUTION!!!

We just totally got a call from a lady at DDC telling us if we wanted the little baby girl from Friday's email we could bring her home in two days!

OH WOW! I can't believe this! I am getting more details as I type. She will call back in another hour to let me know if there is any family getting together their stuff to try and adopt her. But CPS is trying to find a non relative adoptive home and her current FP are in the process of marital problems so her case worker wanted her moved out asap. But she is a happy healthy 14 going on 15 month CC/Hispanic possibly AA.

Case worker just called. She will be home tomorrow or Wednesday! WOW WOW WOW!

She is a legal risk placement so her parents rights must still be terminated for us to adopt. Apparantly she came into CPS from some physical abuse. CPS is pushing adoption. Her next court date is in September!
