Mom's Birthday Poem

So I wrote my mom a poem for her birthday.... does it sound too creepy?

We are one
You and I
We were always one.

Our tie goes beyond the physical
And stretches out to the sun.
Though our bodies are meant to die
Love is born to live on.


We are Inseparable
You and I
We were joined upon this earth
We are connected even after
I was cut from you at birth


We are forever
You and I
A bond that can never burst
With as much as I love
I will always love you first
